Jmem Wins Taiwan Startup World Cup, Heading to San Francisco for SWC

The Taiwan Startup World Cup (TSWC) for this year took place on July 26 at the Nangang Exhibition Center, with Jmem Technology Co., Ltd. clinching the championship. They will advance to the world's largest startup competition, the Startup World Cup (SWC) in San Francisco, this October, competing for a $1 million prize and setting a new benchmark for Taiwanese startups on the global stage.


Jmem is a promising Taiwanese startup participating in this year's i2i "IP2 Scale Out Program." Their pioneering PQC+PUF hardware security technology was well-received when they debuted in the New York investment market.

TSWC Final Pitch Held at Asia Biotech Exhibition in Taipei The Taiwan Bio Industry

Organization and BIO Asia-Taiwan held the "Asia Biotech Exhibition" at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center.


Simultaneously, the TSWC final pitch took place, with the winner heading to San Francisco for the SWC. The SWC, hosted by Silicon Valley venture capital firm Pegasus Tech Ventures, conducts regional competitions in over 70 countries, selecting one team from each to compete in San Francisco for the grand prize and a $1 million investment.


The TSWC finals featured presentations from 15 startup teams, with Jmem Technology Co., Ltd. emerging as the champion, winning the Taiwan regional championship with a prize of NT$300,000 and earning the right to compete in the SWC.

Jmem's Innovative PQC+PUF Hardware Security Technology

Jmem Technology Co., Ltd. specializes in providing hardware security solutions, combining post-quantum cryptography (PQC) and physically unclonable functions (PUF). By embedding these solutions into chips, they offer secure data storage and unbreakable authentication mechanisms.


This "chip fingerprint technology" effectively prevents device attacks, enhancing the security of IoT networks. Winning the TSWC championship is a strong affirmation of their technological prowess, indicating future breakthroughs and increased global exposure.



Participation in i2i Startup Accelerator Program

Jmem participated in the i2i and U.S. startup accelerator EntreCamp's "IP2 Scale Out Program." During the Taiwan Demo Day held in Manhattan on June 21, they received widespread recognition from the East Coast investment market, laying a solid foundation for their future U.S. market expansion.


Representing Taiwan at the TSWC, they will compete in San Francisco this October for the $1 million investment prize, showcasing Taiwan's startup potential to the world.
