On May 20, 2025, we hosted the i2i Spark Networking Party aka International Startup Night in Taipei, welcoming over 100 distinguished guests, including local and international startups, investors, and corporate partners.

The event also marked the official kickoff of the 2025 IP2 Scale Out Program, part of i2i’s annual startup acceleration initiative, featuring 15 promising Taiwanese startups ready to explore international markets.

IP2 Launchpad is a startup accelerator operated by i2i (Innovation to Industry), supporting both global startups landing in Taiwan and Taiwanese startups expanding overseas.

Held during COMPUTEX and InnoVEX, the event featured international startup teams from Canada, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, and Japan, creating prime opportunities for investment and global business collaboration.

We were honored to welcome distinguished delegations from:

  • Canadian Trade Office in Taipei and the Canadian Technology Accelerator

  • CzechInvest and the Czech Economic and Cultural Office Taipei

  • Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association and Bank of Fukuoka

  • Netherlands Office Taipei

  • Belgian Office Taipei and Flanders Investment & Trade

  • Central Investment Partners, a leading South Korean VC with a strong focus on cultural and creative industries and growing interest in the Taiwan market

These cross-border connections not only foster partnerships but also reinforce Taiwan’s role as a vibrant hub for international innovation exchange.

As part of our long-term mission, i2i continues to run two major accelerator tracks:

The evening brought together members of the IP2 Review Board, our industry advisory panel made up of senior leaders from top Taiwanese enterprises, VCs, and sector experts. Their participation offered invaluable support and networking opportunities for international startups seeking to collaborate with Taiwan’s corporate and investment landscape.

In support of the ongoing IP2 Scale Out Program, 15 Taiwanese startup teams pitched their innovative ideas and products during the event. This provided a platform to connect with potential investors, corporate partners, and collaborators from both Taiwan and overseas.

We extend our sincere thanks to all our partners and guests for their enthusiastic participation.

We look forward to continued collaboration and mutual growth, working together to strengthen the bridges between Taiwan’s ecosystem and the global startup and investment community.
