In June this year, i2i met with global startup accelerator partner WEVE Acceleration in New York for a friendly exchange aimed at fostering connections between Taiwanese and international startup networks.
Following this, i2i invited WEVE's COO, John Lynn, and CEO, Frances Simowitz, to Taiwan. On July 8, a meeting was arranged with Sharon Yi, the Deputy Executive Director of the Taipei Medical University BioMed Accelerator (TMU BioMed Accelerator), who is a long-term partner and member of the IP2 Iinternational Review Board. They discussed the development and collaboration models within Taiwan's biomedical startup ecosystem.
