Our technology is a wearable access switch that converts humming into precise, repeatable switch inputs for Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC) and computer access. By sensing vocal-cord vibration at the neck, it ignores room noise and requires no speech, eye gaze, or fine motor control. It is comfortable, low-power, and compatible with standard switch-scanning interfaces, offering an option when eye-gaze, sip-and-puff, or mechanical switches are unreliable. Early clinical and usability tests show consistent activation and positive user feedback.
